Our Foundation Pack consists of 3 small group training sessions, each with different focus. These are diligently curated in the simplest, most easy-to-understand way to give you a head start in your journey!

1-1 FOUNDATION SESSIONS
Kick off your journey at BALDR with three 1-1 sessions with one of our coaches!
These sessions will follow a similar structure to the group sessions, however they will be tailored to you as an individual and your abilities.
All you have to do is purchase a 1-1 pack, and we will be in touch as soon as possible to book your sessions!
