What is the Kickstarter Session?
Our Kickstarter Session is a private, one-hour introduction to CrossFit designed specifically for complete beginners.
This isn't a trial class where you're thrown into a group setting – it's a dedicated session with one of our expert coaches, just for you.

What You'll Learn
Core Movement Patterns
Learn the fundamental movements used in CrossFit: squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and core stability. We'll break down each movement and ensure you understand proper form.
How to Modify Workouts
Understand how to modify exercises to match your current fitness level. You'll learn that CrossFit is infinitely scalable – everyone can do it.
Gym Culture & Class Structure
Get familiar with the gym environment, equipment, and how our classes run. You'll leave knowing exactly what to expect when you join your first group class.

Join Group Classes
After your Kickstarter Session, you'll be ready to join our regular group classes with confidence.
