BALDR was founded in early 2023 with a clear mission: to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering training space for the South East London community.

We believe in meeting you exactly where you are—whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time or pushing towards new personal bests. Our approach is personal and supportive, built around your goals, your pace, and your growth.

How We Train

At BALDR, every session is coach-led and intentionally designed. We believe in quality over quantity, focusing on movement, technique, and long-term progress rather than quick fixes or shortcuts.

To ensure every member gets the attention they deserve, we keep our classes small. This allows our coaches to truly coach: offering guidance, giving individual feedback, and tailoring the workout to your needs — whether you’re building strength, refining a skill, or pushing your limits.

Our programming blends functional strength, conditioning, gymnastics, and skill work in a way that is both challenging and accessible. Every class can be modified, and every athlete is supported along the way.
