MEMBERSHIPS

All of our monthly memberships give you full access to our coached group classes and are suitable for all fitness levels and backgrounds. Whether you're new to training or experienced in functional fitness, you’ll find a place here.

If you’re new to CrossFit (less than 3 months’ experience), we recommend starting with our Kickstarter Package. This is designed to teach you the foundational movements in a supportive, small-group setting so you feel confident and ready to jump into regular classes.

Not ready for a full membership? We also offer flexible options like drop-ins and class packs—ideal for those with less frequent schedules.
